Easy Paleo Pizza Crust


Paleo Pizza Crust


  • 3/4 cup + 2 tsp of Paleo Baking Flour
  • 3/4 cup arrow root flour
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano 
  • 1/2 tsp to 3/4 tsp of fine sea salt (I do 5 twists of the salt grinder)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 egg, beaten 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 
Add the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. 
Make a well in the middle and add the wet ingredients. 
Stir well. Dough may become stiff as you stir, but once the ingredients start to incorporate the dough will be soft. I knead the dough a few time to form a ball. Place the dough on a greased 10 inch cast iron pan and form a 10 inch circle. I place the pan on the bottom oven rack for 7 minutes, then move to the top rack for 7 more minutes. Remove from the oven and add pizza toppings and cook until desired.

Spicy Mexican Chicken Burgers

๐ŸŒถ1 lb ground chicken 
๐ŸŒถ1 tsp chili powder (1/2 tsp if you like less spice
๐ŸŒถ 1 tsp cumin powder
๐ŸŒถ1 tsp onion powder
๐ŸŒถ1/2 tsp garlic powder
๐ŸŒถ1 TBS cilantro
๐ŸŒถ1 TBS avocado oil
๐ŸŒถ1 TBS lemon juice 
๐ŸŒถSalt to taste 

Form into patties. Put chicken burgers in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm. Grill and enjoy!
