Paleo Pizza Crust
- 3/4 cup + 2 tsp of Paleo Baking Flour
- 3/4 cup arrow root flour
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp to 3/4 tsp of fine sea salt (I do 5 twists of the salt grinder)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450
Add the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
Make a well in the middle and add the wet ingredients.
Stir well. Dough may become stiff as you stir, but once the ingredients start to incorporate the dough will be soft. I knead the dough a few time to form a ball. Place the dough on a greased 10 inch cast iron pan and form a 10 inch circle. I place the pan on the bottom oven rack for 7 minutes, then move to the top rack for 7 more minutes. Remove from the oven and add pizza toppings and cook until desired.
